THE PROPERTY A three- storey terraced house dating from around 1900 (right). On the ground !oor an entrance hall leads to the living room, snug, kitchen and dining area. Upstairs, on the "rst !oor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedroom overlooking the garden is where Jo now keeps her printing press. On the !oor above, Jo uses one of the two attic bedrooms as a painting studio.
