ADAPTABLE BEDS

House Beautiful (UK) - - Hb Project Declutter -

Sofa beds are the perfect solution for overnight guests. A double is obviously more versatile, while a single or daybed will take up less space.

Consider the fabric and colourway and whether you will need removable, washable covers or a stain-resistant protection applied before delivery.

If possible, try both the seated and sleeping option. Ask to open up the bed to see how easy it is, how sturdy the mechanism is and how comfortable the mattress.

A design with integral storage for pillows is practical.

Take note of the whole length of a sofa bed once it’s fully opened, to make sure there’s enough floor space in front
