ELECTRIC DREAM CARS

-

UXURY car marque, Lamborghini, has revealed the vehicle of the future. It will be all electric, self-driving, generate its own power and have selfrepairing carbon fibre bodywork.

Sounds great but unfortunately the technology to build it has not been developed yet.

We have come a long way already with Sat Nav, hybrid and electric cars available. Self-driving versions are being tested and are only a few years away from taking over Britain’s highways.

It’s a different age from when I had an old Ford Cortina with a rust problem on the front wing. I mended the hole with the bottom of a tuna can, smoothed it down and sprayed it so you could hardly see the join. However, all the neighbourhood cats found it strangely attractive and sat on it whenever they got the chance.

That was when I could have done with a self-repairing bodywork model.
