Sarah adds some extra magic

HEPWORTH Brass Band has a very special guest for its Viennese concert to herald in the new year.

The event on Sunday, January 21, will feature soprano Sarah Ogden (above) and will be staged at Christ Church, New Mill, at 3pm.

It promises to evoke the magic and excitement of 19th century ballrooms with sparkling waltzes, famous overtures and fiery polkas.

The programme includes traditional Viennese favourites such as the Blue Danube Waltz and the famous Radetzky March plus a bit of New Year fizz.
