Unfortunately, with her own mum quite obviously not giving a damn about her, Hayley worries that she’s going to be just as useless, and lies to Jean about seeing the doctor and getting the all clear.
Scared there’s something wrong but not wanting to ask for help, she heads to the allotments with a bottle of booze.
