Discover how to use the Bedtime feature in your Clock app to get a better night’s slumber
Quite unexpectedly, the Clock app received some notable updates when IOS 12 was released nearly two years ago. One of the new features introduced was Bedtime. If you are unaccustomed to this feature (or have just forgotten about it), then it serves several purposes. One is to remind you to go to bed, which could be useful if you are someone who likes to binge-watch your favourite Netflix shows late into the night and will ensure that you won’t be so bleary-eyed at work the next day. Another use is as a morning alarm. A standard alarm could be set, but Bedtime combines other functions to make it more useful. The feature also records sleep cycles and helps make sure you get the rest you need.
