I have heard that it is possible to save content to read later in Facebook, how do I do this?

- Stephen Taylor

Yes it is completely possible, and very useful. If you just have time for an idle scroll through your updates and spot a link that interests you – perhaps an article or movie link – but don’t have time to explore it in that moment, then you can save it as part of a collection to check out later. Doing this means that you don’t have to worry about not being able to find key content when you go back to Facebook later. Here’s how it works.

1 Save content

When you find content posted on Facebook that you want to save for later, start off by tapping on the ‘…’ icon in the top-right corner of the post.

2 Select the option

A menu of options will now be displayed on the screen. Tap on the ‘Save Link’ option and then create a new collection to store it in for later.

3 Access content

When you want to view the saved post, tap on the Menu icon in the lower-right corner of the Facebook interface and then tap on the ‘Saved’ section.
