Improve Your Coarse Fishing (UK)

BEST FOR: Bream, tench

-

Sweetcorn is a key bait of most tench and bream anglers. The only trouble with the real thing is that, when used as a hookbait, it can easily be destroyed by small nuisance fish before your intended target find it. But you’ll have no such problem with these artificial offerings. A stack of three pieces will really stand out over a bed of particles or a PVA bag of pellets and provide the fish with a target to home in on. To make the hookbait even more visually appealing, we’ve used three different coloured pieces of corn. The bottom two pieces are sinking and the top one is buoyant which helps to negate some of the hook’s weight and makes it more likely to fly into a fish’s mouth.
