Nash has started the year with the release of three new patterns of hooks. The unique Nash Claw is radically different to any other hook on the market with its angular design. This restricts movement of the hook once it has penetrated a carp’s mouth, which not only reduces hook pulls but minimises the chances of mouth damage. The Flota Claw features the same design as the Claw but in a finer wire gauge, making it perfect for use with floaters and zig rigs. Longshank hooks are renowned for their hooking potential, and work well with particle or small plastic baits. The point section, from where it exits the gape, faces slightly towards the eye, offering improved hook-holds. The Claw and Twister Longshank are available in sizes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 10, and the Flota Claw in sizes 6, 7, 8 and 10. All three come in microbarbed and barbless versions.
