Choco-peanut break­fast boost

It might look a lit­tle bit murky, but this break­fast shake tastes ab­so­lutely de­li­cious, I prom­ise! It’s ex­actly like a peanut but­ter and choco­late milk­shake, but it packs a pow­er­ful pro­tein punch to get you ready for your morn­ing prac­tice. Just whizz ev­ery­thing up in a blender and en­joy.

1½ cup al­mond milk (or a plant milk of your choice) A hand­ful of al­monds 2 tbsp raw oats 1 tbsp peanut but­ter

tsp co­conut oil (Brighton­based Hum & Crum­ble’s oil is a favourite of mine at the mo­ment,­mand­crum­ 1 tbsp ca­cao pow­der tsp spir­ulina pow­der tsp ca­cao nibs Squeeze of honey to taste (if you’re ve­gan you could use agave or maple syrup in­stead)
