Sea salt and chocolate covered oranges
A DECADENTLY HEALTHY TREAT PERFECT FOR CELEBRATIONS
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Peel the oranges and remove any pith.
Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of boiled water.
Carefully dip half of each orange slice into the chocolate and place on a baking tray, sprinkle with sea salt and place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes to set.
200g dark chocolate
Pinch of sea salt
5 small oranges or clementines
