Sea salt and choco­late cov­ered or­anges

A DECA­DENTLY HEALTHY TREAT PER­FECT FOR CEL­E­BRA­TIONS

METHOD

Line a bak­ing tray with grease­proof pa­per. Peel the or­anges and re­move any pith.

Melt the choco­late in a heat­proof bowl over a saucepan of boiled wa­ter.

Care­fully dip half of each or­ange slice into the choco­late and place on a bak­ing tray, sprin­kle with sea salt and place in the fridge for at least 15 min­utes to set.

200g dark choco­late

Pinch of sea salt

5 small or­anges or clemen­tines
