tsp salt zest and juice of 1 or­ange cup sugar

8 tbsp ve­gan mar­garine

3 tbsp aquafaba (or 1 flax egg) 1 tsp vanilla ex­tract

1 tsp al­mond ex­tract

cup dried cran­ber­ries, roughly chopped

cup al­monds, chopped or sliced

Recipe notes To make a flax egg: whisk to­gether 1 tbsp ground flaxmeal and 3 tbsp warm wa­ter. Al­low the mix­ture to thicken be­fore us­ing.
