For the nice cream:

* 8 frozen ba­nanas

* cup (120ml) al­mond milk

* 2 tsp vanilla ex­tract

* 2 tsp maca pow­der (op­tional)

* tsp ground turmeric

* 2 dates, pit­ted

* 2 lemons, juiced and zested
