Make the most of your morn­ing cuppa by us­ing it for a weekly tea fa­cial – it might sound a bit bonkers, but re­search sug­gests that herbal teas of­fer all sorts of bene ts for the skin when en­joyed as a fa­cial steam. Here’s how:

1. Bring your wa­ter to boil. Choose a tea –

chamomile soothes while mint will cool. 2. Put your tea into a heat­proof bowl and pour the hot wa­ter over it. Steep for a few min­utes.

3. When the steam is cool enough, pop a towel over your head and place your face ap­prox­i­mately 12in from the bowl. En­joy for a few min­utes, then take a break. Re­peat a few times, then mois­turise.
