METHOD

Add all the in­gre­di­ents ex­cept the olive oil to a blender or food pro­ces­sor and blend. Slowly stream in the olive oil and con­tinue to blend un­til the pesto reaches your de­sired con­sis­tency. Store in an air­tight con­tainer in a re­frig­er­a­tor for 3-5 days.
