“I don’t re­ally care what peo­ple think of him, my­self, but Simon cares about it deeply,” he tells us. “He’s des­per­ate, his self-es­teem is frag­ile and I think that’s part of where his weak­ness comes from. I don’t think Simon likes him­self very much, deep down, and he needs to find ap­proval from oth­ers and tries to get that in slightly mis­guided ways.
