Passion is reignited between Harriet and Cain this week – after she tries to suggest that he’s nothing more than a mate!
While Moira struggles to care for baby Isaac, Cain takes over parenting duties and does what he can to make life easier for her. It’s clear that he’s deeply worried about his son and his ex – and after Harriet bumps into him, she admits she’s equally concerned. When Cain asks why, Harriet responds that she cares about him as a friend – prompting furious Cain to snap at her, deeply insulted that his former girlfriend is trying to establish a platonic relationship.
Later, Cain goes to Harriet and apologises for being so harsh. As he insists that he wants to be more than friends, the village bad boy moves in for a kiss – so could there be a future for these star-crossed lovers?
