Luxury homes with woodland views
Luxury three and four-bedroom homes can now be reserved off plan at a new site near Ashford.
David Wilson Homes is building Chestnut Grange, a small development of detached homes at Willesborough Lees, just east of Ashford.
A show home launch is planned for March, but interested buyers can see plans and reserve a property now.
Some plots have mature woodland views and all house types at Chestnut Grange are named after trees.
The three-bedroom detached Beech, priced from £394,995, has an open-plan kitchen/ dining area, separate study and a cosy lounge with french doors opening on to the landscaped garden. Upstairs the master bedroom has an en suite.
Four-bedroom detached homes include the Rowan, priced from £419,995, and the Chestnut, priced from £544,995.
The development is well placed for the unrivalled High Speed rail network from Ashford International station 3.7 miles away. The service connects residents with St Pancras in 38 minutes.
Ashford Designer Outlet is less than five miles away from Chestnut Grange by car.
Natalie Perry, of David Wilson Homes, says: “Ashford has a particularly strong allure not only as a commuter hotspot, but because of its international links to the continent, as well as the beautiful surrounding Kentish countryside and nearby coastline.”
Chestnut Grange is at Blackwall Road, Willesborough, near Ashford, TN24 0NX.
A sales suite is open Mondays from 12.30pm to 5.30pm and Thursday to Sunday from 10am to 5.30pm.
