This weekend is the first chance to see a new show flat at Ryewood, a development by Berkeley at Dunton Green, near Sevenoaks.

The launch day runs from 10am to 4pm on Saturday.

The two-bedroom home is part of the Woodland Avenue collection. It has an individually-designed kitchen next to the open plan living and dining room. There are balconies and a terrace.

The collection’s interiors have been designed by retailer John Lewis and staff from the team will also be on hand throughout the launch day to offer tips on the latest interior trends.

Berkeley will also be offering buyers £5,000 towards a furniture package for their new home. Surrounded by the lakes and greenery of the expansive Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve, homes at Ryewood are in landscaped grounds with children’s play areas and water features. There is a residents’ gym and activity trim trails.

Despite its rural setting, homes are just a five-minute drive from the attractive town centre of Sevenoaks. Dunton Green railway station is just a few minutes’ walk away and has regular direct train services to London taking 37 minutes.

Nearby schools include St Thomas Catholic Primary School, Lady Boswell’s Primary School and Sevenoaks School. Prices start at £380,000 for a two-bedroom flat. Also available are three and fourbedroom homes from £560,000.
