Deluge after leak at pub

Water was pouring down Maidstone High Street after a leak at The Muggleton Inn pub.

An old water pipe under the basins in the men’s toilets had eroded and caused the leak about noon on Wednesday.

An emergency engineer was called to fix the problem.
