Visitors to Maidstone Museum can say konichiwa to a beautiful display of Japanese art.

Japan: A Floating World in Print is the latest exhibition to captivate visitors to the St Faith’s Street museum, with its display of more than 60 ukiyo-e prints.

The works were completed between the 18th and 20th centuries, and feature dramatic landscapes from the Edo and Meiji print masters, including Hokusai and Hiroshige, as well as Bijinga prints of courtesans and colourful 20th century works from Ogata Gekko.

The exhibition costs £4 for adults, and is free for children. It will run until Saturday, June 10.
