Amber seeks dance partner

Kent Messenger Maidstone - - FRONT PAGE -

A young talented dancer is on the look out for a male partner so she can continue her Latin and ballroom dancing career.

Despite the popularity of Strictly, Amber Poulter cannot find a boy to partner her in competitions.

The 10-year-old Holy Family Primary School pupil dances to gold standard and has previously been judged 10th best couple in the country in her age group, but she has to dance with another girl.

Her mother, Sally Poulter, from Boughton Monchelsea, said: “It seems that despite the massive popularity of Strictly, there are still very few boys dancing.

“Her former partner has turned 12, which puts her in a different age category, so even that option is no longer available.”

The family hope somewhere there is a boy, aged under 12, willing to couple up with Amber, who takes lessons at the Warmlake Dance Academy in Langley. Email offers to info@warmlakedancea
