Woman badly injured in crash
A woman was flown to hospital with serious injuries after crashing her car into a tree.
The crash, in Nizels Lane, Hildenborough just before 10.50am last Thursday, left the driver trapped.
Fire crews had to cut the roof off the black Renault Clio to free her.
She suffered a leg injury, and was taken to King’s College Hospital in London by air ambulance. Police are now appealing for witnesses.
A force spokesman said: “Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where a woman in her 30s was treated for injuries that are described as serious.
“Officers from the Serious Col- lision Investigation Unit are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses who may have seen car immediately before or during the collision, or who have dashcam footage to get in contact.”
