Flasher exposes himself to child
A child sitting at a window was targeted by a flasher.
Police are appealing for the public’s help as they investigate the incident from May.
Nearly two months on police have issued a CCTV image of a person they believe may have important information.
It is alleged a man exposed himself through the window of a home in Old Tovil Road.
His victim was sitting alone in a room with the curtains open when a man knocked on the window and waved to get their attention.
Police have already spoken with neigh- bours and nearby businesses as part of their investigation.
Det Insp Ian Wadey said: “Crimes of this nature are extremely rare in Kent, however this incident will no doubt have been very distressing for the young person and their family. We are continuing to do all we can to identify any potential suspects or witnesses who may have important information.
“We are hopeful someone will recognise the person in this image, which is an important line of enquiry.’
