Dragon’s cave will lure you to Easter adventure
WIN your family an Easter treat by entering this cracking competition. This year’s Easter activities at Leeds Castle have a sting in their tail. Over the bank holiday, from Friday, April 6 until Monday, April 9, you can follow a dragon’s trail through the grounds to the dragon’s cave by the maze, where you can collect Easter eggs. Creative youngsters will enjoy the craft workshops, where they can let their imaginations soar making dragon masks, knights’ helmets and maidens’ headdresses. A huge new adventure playground will be open in time for the Easter holidays. Children will be able to let off steam as they explore the wooden scale model of the castle. They will be able to climb the maiden’s tower, scale the revetment wall, joust on aerial runways, follow the heraldry trail and cross the perilous bridge between the castle and the Gloriette. The grounds open at 10am daily and the castle opens at 10.30am. Last admission is at 5pm and the gates close at 7pm. For further information visit www.leeds-castle.com or call the Leeds Castle 24-hour information line on 0870 600 8880. Tickets cost £14 for adults, £11 for senior citizens and people with disabilities (their carers are admitted free), and £8.50 for children, with the under-fours also admitted free. Tickets are valid for 12 months and include entry to an extensive programme of varied and exciting events. For your chance to win a family ticket, simply answer the following question:
