Cutting a dash at awards dinner
STAFF who work for the Antoniou hairdressing business in east Kent have been rewarded for their hard work at the company’s third awards evening and dinner.
It took place at Ashford’s International Hotel and was attended by employees and guests.
Owner George Antoniou said a new year brought with it resolutions, new hopes and destinations and the fulfilment of ambitions.
“Our company’s goals are all based on keeping us at the forefront of this profession,” he said.
“Last year was successful and this year will be even better because of you.
“We have the best and most dedicated people working for us.”
Award winners were: Lisa Collyer, Katie Topp, Joanne Palmer (Ashford salon).
Colleen Hopkins (Preston Street, Faversham); LisaMarie Creed and Gillian Knowler (West Street, Faversham); Emily Pritchard and Serena Preston (Canterbury salon); Sasha Allard (Whitstable salon).
Anne Gilham was senior staff member of the year and the salon of the year was the one in Preston Street, Faversham.
Derek Melville won the company’s senior staff photographic competition and received £100 and a pair of scissors worth £100.
