Con­sul­ta­tions lead to school child­care plan

WILLES­BOR­OUGH Ju­nior School in High­field Road now has a spe­cial­ist af­ter-school and hol­i­day club. The new child­care fa­cil­i­ties are be­ing pro­vided by Sun­beams Child­care So­lu­tions and fol­low con­sul­ta­tions with par­ents and chil­dren. Head teacher Mike Smith, said “We have worked very closely with Sun­beams on this project to pro­vide a ser­vice for our fam­i­lies.” The open­ing was at­tended by the deputy may­oress, Cllr Rita Hawes, cabi­net mem­ber for ed­u­ca­tion John Sim­monds, and school im­prove­ment in Kent, other school rep­re­sen­ta­tives and staff and gov­er­nors of the school.
