Lots on offer at Kent Game Fair
THE British Association for Shooting and Conservation (BASC) will be supporting the Kent Game Fair at the Kent Showground at Detling at the weekend.
A trade stand based in the Kent Pavilions will feature countryman Chris Green, who will also be demonstrating his skills in the indoor and outdoor arenas.
The Kent Wildfowling and Conservation Association will also be on their stand with their display.
It will include chairman and author Alan Jarret with his team representing one of the largest wildfowling clubs in the country, with access to large areas of foreshore for shooting ducks and geese.
Other attractions will include firearms dealer Alan Wey, a London gunmaker and active stalker, who will be bringing to the stand many rifles including stalking, foxing and rabbiting versions and classic calibres.
BASC will also host the gundog scurries run by Clare and Robin Wilson. A team of experts will be available for shotgun coaching lessons.
The event also features a shopping village in two halls containing guns, country clothing, boots and shoes, have-a-go activities and entertainment.
