Meet the an­i­mals and hunt for Easter eggs

VISIT Folkestone town cen­tre next week for lots of Easter fun. Join in the Easter egg hunt from next Thurs­day to Tues­day, April 10, and the find-the-rab­bit com­pe­ti­tion in the coastal park. There will be a chance to make Easter bun­nies and minia­ture gar­dens in Ren­dezvous Street on Thurs­day from 10am to 2pm. Dec­o­rate eggs and roll them down the Old High Street from 2pm to 4pm. On Satur­day, April 7, Nepicar mo­bile farm­yard will bring their lambs, goats, chicks, ducks and rabbits to the Sandgate Road precinct from 10am. The KE Fun Club Road­show will pro­vide af­ter­noon en­ter­tain­ment in Sandgate Road. Richard Wil­liams and his team will en­ter­tain with games and mu­sic. An Easter bon­net com­pe­ti­tion and pa­rade takes place out­side Water­stone’s at 2.30pm, with prizes for the un­der- fives, six to 12-year-olds, and adults. To cel­e­brate Folkestone’s Easter fun we are giv­ing away £10 vouch­ers for Water­stone’s, Deben­hams, Claire’s, Wool­worths, WH Smith and Boots.
