Meet the animals and hunt for Easter eggs
VISIT Folkestone town centre next week for lots of Easter fun. Join in the Easter egg hunt from next Thursday to Tuesday, April 10, and the find-the-rabbit competition in the coastal park. There will be a chance to make Easter bunnies and miniature gardens in Rendezvous Street on Thursday from 10am to 2pm. Decorate eggs and roll them down the Old High Street from 2pm to 4pm. On Saturday, April 7, Nepicar mobile farmyard will bring their lambs, goats, chicks, ducks and rabbits to the Sandgate Road precinct from 10am. The KE Fun Club Roadshow will provide afternoon entertainment in Sandgate Road. Richard Williams and his team will entertain with games and music. An Easter bonnet competition and parade takes place outside Waterstone’s at 2.30pm, with prizes for the under- fives, six to 12-year-olds, and adults. To celebrate Folkestone’s Easter fun we are giving away £10 vouchers for Waterstone’s, Debenhams, Claire’s, Woolworths, WH Smith and Boots.
