How to tackle a snack attack
HEALTHY APPETITE: Children put together right ingredients
STUDENTS learnt how to make tasty snacks as part of a health education drive. A Sainsbury’s food advisor visited Year 9 students at The North School in Ashford to help them experiment with different healthy ingredients to create a range of snacks. Food technology teacher Sally Coller said: “We are very grateful to Sainsbury’s for supporting our workshop, which has been launched as part of our project to develop new products.” Youngsters made a range of snacks including wraps, salads, sandwiches and bagels.
