STU­DENTS learnt how to make tasty snacks as part of a health ed­u­ca­tion drive. A Sains­bury’s food ad­vi­sor vis­ited Year 9 stu­dents at The North School in Ash­ford to help them ex­per­i­ment with dif­fer­ent healthy in­gre­di­ents to cre­ate a range of snacks. Food tech­nol­ogy teacher Sally Coller said: “We are very grate­ful to Sains­bury’s for sup­port­ing our work­shop, which has been launched as part of our project to de­velop new prod­ucts.” Young­sters made a range of snacks in­clud­ing wraps, sal­ads, sand­wiches and bagels.
