More houses for Park Farm estate
HOMEBUILDER Taylor Woodrow has lodged plans with the borough council for extra homes at Park Farm South East in Ashford.
Before the proposals were finalised, a public exhibition was held in Kingsnorth primary school, which was attended by more than 100 people.
The proposals will include about 500 homes built to an EcoHomes environmental rating.
Under the plans, Park Farm South East will also offer improved bus services, linking in with the proposed rail halt - which was agreed as part of the Park Farm South development - and a site for a primary school.
