AN UNWANTED computer has been donated to a hospital radio station. Ashford Hospital Radio received a refurbished PC from Canterbury-based company ADM Computing.

Managing director of the company, Adrian Bryant, said: “We have recently received a large number of computers from Canterbury furniture company Lenley’s and therefore were able to pass a PC on straight away.

“Once a company has its new computers they often don’t know what to do with the old ones. Our computer recycling scheme cleans and tests them and then passes them on to local charities.”

If you are a registered charity looking for such equipment or have old IT equipment (P3 minimum specification) to donate, contact Linda Sinclair on 01227 473523.
