Trib­ute act in town for one night

A QUEEN trib­ute band are com­ing to the Leas Cliff Hall in Folkestone on Satur­day, June 30. The group is called One Night of Queen. They have re­cently com­pleted a six-week Euro­pean tour and four days of film­ing for a Cana­dian TV doc­u­men­tary, fo­cus­ing on the world’s best trib­ute bands. Since form­ing in 2000, af­ter lead singer Gary Mullen’s fi­nal win as Fred­die Mer­cury, One Night of Queen have toured non-stop and filled the­atres and con­cert halls in the UK, Ger­many, France, Switzer­land, Por­tu­gal, Lux­em­bourg, Hol­land and New Zealand.
