And that’s not all. The win­ner will take home a sup­ply of Wella prod­ucts, Wella straight­en­ers, a bot­tle of cham­pagne and be­fore­and-af­ter pho­tos.

A Cut Above The Rest of­fers stylish hair cuts, nail bar, makeup and psy­chic read­ings.

The salon sells tiaras, some of which con­tain Swarowski crys­tals. Once you have used them for your wed­ding, they can be con­verted into neck­laces and ear­rings.

The nail bar is run by Deb­bie An­der­son who plans to run nail art cour­ses on a Sun­day.

Chil­dren and dogs are also wel­come. There’s a pooch sofa and a dog-walk­ing ser­vice for clients. Ev­ery child gets a lol­lipop and the chance to see the spe­cial fairy door.

The salon even gives you a brolly to pro­tect your hair­style if it’s rain­ing.

Cus­tomers will re­ceive 25 per cent off their first cut and blow dry, usu­ally of­fered at £35, which will be £27.75 with a se­nior stylist; a full head of foils with a cut and blow dry, nor­mally £80, now only £60 with colour di­rec­tor Emma Tay­lor; a full set of nails for £20; and free nail art and nail in­fills for £12 with free nail art.
