Char­i­ties’ healthy bank bal­ance

TWO char­i­ties have ben­e­fited from a fund-rais­ing evening or­gan­ised by two fam­ily mem­bers. Tara Harper, and her moth­erin-law Mau­reen Harper, raised £315 each for the Paula Carr Di­a­betic Cen­tre in Ash­ford and the Her­bal­ife Fam­ily Foun­da­tion. The spe­cial evening was held at the Al­bion pub in Willes­bor­ough. Her­bal­ife runs a shel­ter in Lon­don for chil­dren who are the main car­ers in their fam­i­lies and teaches them to cook healthily. Tara and Mau­reen are Her­bal­ife dis­trib­u­tors who help peo­ple with nu­tri­tional prod­ucts and ad­vice on healthy eat­ing.
