Interest still strong at Park site
AS work nears completion on the latest Eureka Park development in Ashford, commercial interest continues to be strong. Latest to sign up premises is Q Day Nurseries, which will be opening its third centre at Eureka Place in January. Tristram Gethin, director of developers Quadrant Estates, said: “This demonstrates the confidence this operator has in Ashford as a location, as well as the increasing opportunities that are available for office workers at Eureka Park to utilise. “The nursery will be an excellent amenity for workers and local residents alike.” Eureka Place has more than 33,000 sq ft of retail and amenity space. Also due to open soon will be a family pub restaurant, operated by Marsdons, and a medical centre occupied by Circle Health Limited. The retail space will include a convenience store and a further eight shops.
