In­ter­est still strong at Park site

AS work nears com­ple­tion on the lat­est Eureka Park de­vel­op­ment in Ash­ford, com­mer­cial in­ter­est con­tin­ues to be strong. Lat­est to sign up premises is Q Day Nurs­eries, which will be open­ing its third cen­tre at Eureka Place in Jan­uary. Tris­tram Gethin, di­rec­tor of de­vel­op­ers Quad­rant Es­tates, said: “This demon­strates the con­fi­dence this op­er­a­tor has in Ash­ford as a lo­ca­tion, as well as the in­creas­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties that are avail­able for of­fice work­ers at Eureka Park to utilise. “The nurs­ery will be an ex­cel­lent amenity for work­ers and lo­cal res­i­dents alike.” Eureka Place has more than 33,000 sq ft of re­tail and amenity space. Also due to open soon will be a fam­ily pub restau­rant, op­er­ated by Mars­dons, and a med­i­cal cen­tre oc­cu­pied by Cir­cle Health Lim­ited. The re­tail space will in­clude a con­ve­nience store and a fur­ther eight shops.
