Rapper, 7, impresses talent judges
A SEVEN-YEAR-OLD rapper won the judges’ praise with his performance at a talent show at Ashford Youth Theatre. Jordan Curtis was not the only winner though; Ruby Louise Luck won the singing segment, while Rosie, Catherine and Nikita won for their dancing. The judges were rapper Blitz, pictured, Cllr Elizabeth Tweed and KCC diversity officer for youth services Gary Forde. The competition was organised by Addie’s Zimbabwean Anointed Community Youth Association (AZACYA) along with Blade Entertainment. Blade said: “The whole idea of running these events is to try to build confidence and keep them out of trouble. “I am grateful to the performers for their participation and the council for its support.” There will be another talent competition on December 27, with rehearsals starting on Saturday December 13.
