Thanks to friends of The Friends

Kentish Express Ashford & District - - Opinion -

THE Friends of the William Harvey Hospital would like to thank all its members, the public, local companies, patients and staff at the hospital for their support in raising money for our Grand Christmas Draw over the last six weeks. This year the money raised from the sale of raffle tickets was £6,220.30, which will be used for the purchase of a SonoSite ultrasound machine to reduce disability after a stroke. There have also been substantial sales from the Christmas shop. Without your help and generosity we could not assist the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Trust in their tireless work to provide a modern and efficient health service to Ashford and the surrounding area. Susan E. Heritage, Secretary, Friends of the William Harvey Hospital.
