YOUNGSTERS are be­ing in­vited to bounce for Comic Re­lief at Wye Farm­ers’ Mar­ket on Satur­day. A bouncy cas­tle will be avail­able for use by any­one with a red nose on, with prizes on of­fer from reg­u­lar stall hold­ers for the event be­tween 9am and noon on the vil­lage green. Mar­ket man­ager Jen Porter said: “What bet­ter way to raise money for Comic Re­lief and have some fun than by wear­ing red noses on a bouncy cas­tle.”

PI­LATES by can­dle­light and do­ing ex­er­cise classes in py­ja­mas are among events be­ing held by Ash­ford Group Fit­ness in aid of Comic Re­lief. The group kicks off its fundrais­ing ef­fort with fit­ness pi­lates by can­dle­light at Willes­bor­ough WI Hall in Church Road from 7pm to 8pm on Sun­day fol­lowed by a Sal­sacise night at 6.30pm on Tues­day at the same venue. A py­ja­mas, legs, bums and tums class takes place at Ald­ing­ton Vil­lage Hall the fol­low­ing evening at 8.30pm and the fi­nal event is a legs, bums and tums ses­sion in 1980s out­fits at God­in­ton Vil­lage Hall on Thurs­day, March 12, from 7pm to 8pm.
