A DE­PLETED Ten­ter­den slipped to their third de­feat in a row in Van­danel Kent County League Divi­sion 2 East with a 3-0 re­verse at Bred­hurst Ju­niors Ten­ter­den’s de­fence held firm for the open­ing halfhour be­fore they fell a goal be­hind. Bred­hurst scored again mid­way through the pe­riod, be­fore adding a third. This Satur­day Ten­ter­den are at home to Lanes End (2.45pm). HOLD­ERS Ken­ning­ton re­serves needed ex­tra­time to see off Brom­ley Green re­serves and take their place in the Ash­ford Char­ity Tro­phy semi­fi­nals.

Ken­ning­ton won 4-3 to set up a tie with Saga or Head­corn in the fi­nal four.

In the Premier Divi­sion, Luke Stan­ley was on tar­get for WCC in their 1-1 draw with AFC Ocean. Al­bert Adams (2) and Tom Sims scored for Rol­ven­den dur­ing a 3-0 victory over Bethers­den and Hope Inn ham­mered Lydd A 7-1 through goals by Jamie Thom­sett (2), Jace Demp­ster (2), Reece Tay­lor-Royle, Mark Des­bor­ough and Dan Fal­coner.

Wit­ter­sham sealed the Divi­sion 2 crown with a comfortable 2-0 win over Ten­ter­den re­serves thanks to Bill Hild­ing and cap­tain Alan Col­lado.

River­side and Ruckinge drew 1-1 in the lat­est League Cup en­counter. Levi Hilden’s calm fin­ish put Ruckinge ahead but Ja­son Booth equalised.
