Orbital Response and Fulfilment is one of the UK’s largest firms handling responses for companies’ advertising campaigns.

Nick Williams, general manager at Orbital R&F, said: “We looked at the economic climate as 2008 drew to a close and prepared ourselves for the worst.

“However, this has been our most successful year ever.”

Orbital R&F has gained many new clients, including blue chip names Guide Dogs for the Blind and TLM Trading in the charity sector; Tenant Services Authority in the public sector; and Forward Publishing, part of the mighty WPP advertising group.

Mr Williams said: “Orbital has been in business since 1972 and has successfully ridden out previous recessions, so it made us an easy choice for clients looking for a well-established supplier in these turbulent times.

“That, coupled with our investments in the latest technology, including our Microsoft Dynamics AX-based business management system, made us a first choice for many clients.”
