IT’S been condemned as a “dog’s dinner” and “anarchic”.

This artist’s impression shows a pavilion feature planned for the £16.5 million Victoria Way road scheme in Ashford town centre.

Senior councillors have attacked the design of what’s intended to be a shelter for parents of children at Victoria Road Primary School and SmartLink bus passengers.

Council leader Cllr Paul Clokie (Con) likened it to a Picasso drawing, while another senior councillor said it looked “a bit daft.”
