Birling Grange development work starts
WORK has started on Taylor Wimpey’s Birling Grange near West Malling.
Once complete, the development will be a superb new neighbourhood of one and twobedroom apartments through to magnificent six-bedroom homes interspersed with 150 acres of green open spaces which will include allotments, playing fields and children’s play areas.
As well as offering a great choice of maintenance-free, well-designed homes for families and first-time buyers, Taylor Wimpey’s new apartments and houses will come equipped with eco-friendly innovations including rain-water harvesting and selected properties will benefit from solar-powered water heating.
A biomass boiler will provide additional energy and will use plants grown on-site or locally as fuel.
Whenever possible, existing on-site materials will be recycled and the Victorian manor house will be retained as a feature of Birling Grange.
For commuters, West Malling is just over a mile from the development, Maidstone is a 15-minute drive and quick links to the M20 put London an hour away by road.
To be first to find out more information about the new homes at Birling Grange, people can register their interest now by calling 01372 385 800 or by visiting the website at www.taylorwimpey.co.uk.
