New man­ager with a great track record

POWERMINSTER Glee­son Ser­vices, which has its re­gional of­fice in Ash­ford, has ap­pointed Will Good­win, above, as its busi­ness de­vel­op­ment man­ager for the South.

Mike Burke, the com­pany’s head of busi­ness de­vel­op­ment, said: “We al­ready have a pres­ence in the South, but we are looking to ex­tend our op­er­a­tions even fur­ther, as more cus­tomers rec­og­nize the ben­e­fits of out­sourc­ing their build­ing ser­vices.

“Will Good­win has some great con­tacts and a su­perb track record in de­liv­er­ing a planned fa­cil­i­ties man­age­ment pro­gramme for both pri­vate and pub­lic sec­tor op­er­a­tors.”

Powerminster Glee­son Ser­vices pro­vides fa­cil­i­ties man­age­ment ser­vices, es­tate man­age­ment and gas and elec­tri­cal main­te­nance and in­stal­la­tion ser­vices.

The com­pany is a sub-con­trac­tor on the £150mil­lion PFI scheme in Stan­hope.
