Graduates put their skills to good use
TWO brothers, both graduates from Canterbury Christ Church University, have joined the Channel Chamber of Commerce to work on two projects.
Aromal and Abbishek Shikky are using their marketing and IT skills to work with the chamber under the Business First scheme, which places graduates with companies for short periods of time.
Each is receiving a bursary of £500 a month until the end of April.
Aromal is working with local businesses and community groups in Folkestone, encouraging people to make full use of the internet.
Abbishek is working on inviting local employers to join the chamber’s workplace health programme, good health means good business.
For further details of the projects call Aromal or Abbishek on 01303 270022.
Anyone interested in taking on a graduate as part of the scheme should contact Samia Abdiche, on 01277 782093.
