Fetes and fairs for you to enjoy
EVERY summer fetes and fairs are an important way for schools, villages and community groups to raise funds.

The summer fete at Great Chart Primary School, Hoxton Close, Singleton, is on Saturday, June 12 from 1.30pm. Ashford Mayor Cllr Allen Wells is due to open the event and crown the school’s “Royal Family”.
The same day Lady Joanna Thornhill Primary School, Bridge Street, Wye is holding its summer fair from midday to 3pm. There will be host of inflatables including bouncy castles, an inflatable bungee, basketball human football, a space pod/ disco dome, slides, a human gyroscope, inflatable Gladiator duel and an inflatable assault course for visitors to enjoy as well as a Wii games marquee, a Mega games corner, barbecue, a bar, face painting and juggling.
The Bridge village fete takes place on the recreation ground on Saturday, June 26 from midday to 4.30pm. Attractions include a design a flag for the World Cup competition for children.
