Injured vixen finds safe haven
THIS is the cute, but ailing fox cub, now in the care of experts.
Katrina Alexander, of Swaffer Way, Singleton, found the injured vixen wandering outside her home last week.
She nursed the cub for one night before handing it over to the National Fox Welfare Society to give it a new home in Tonbridge.
Mrs Alexander said: “When I kneeled down it came straight to me. It was very tame.
“The fox was exhausted and had a head injury. It was also found to have no eyesight, possibly from worms or being hit by a bicycle, which would also explain the injury.”
