Brom­ley Green have staged two award pre­sen­ta­tions recog­nis­ing the feats of in­di­vid­u­als and teams.

Club pa­tron Dave Home­wood re­ceived a Kent FA long ser­vice award, Dave An­drews was named club­man-of-the-year and Miles Chris­tian was youth club­man-of -the-year.

Lee Hag­ger was named the club’s most-im­proved-player, while the club’s un­der-15s and un­der 16s cel­e­brated win­ning their re­spec­tive leagues.

The club’s youngest teams’ achieve­ments were also rewarded, while Hana Ran­dall re­ceived the pa­tron’s award for ex­cel­lence.

Mr Home­wood said: “The fam­ily at­mos­phere at the club is fan­tas­tic and makes all the hard work by the ex­ec­u­tive and man­age­ment teams worth­while.

“We are also in­debted to our spon­sors McDon­ald’s and John Page Trail­ers for their sup­port.

“Next sea­son prom­ises to be ex­cit­ing as we be­gin a new era for the club by ground­shar­ing with Ash­ford United at Home­lands. We will also be run­ning teams for dis­abled and girls’ teams.”

Girls train­ing is on Mon­days from 6-7pm and young­sters can turn up and join in, free of charge. The ses­sions are run by a qual­i­fied UEFA coach.
