Coun­try pub put on the mar­ket

Pop­u­lar coun­try pub The Tiger Inn at Stowt­ing has been put on the mar­ket for £800,000.

The busi­ness in Scots Lane is de­scribed as a “pop­u­lar des­ti­na­tion pub with a strong lo­cal fol­low­ing” that prides it­self on high qual­ity food, cask ales and a warm, friendly at­mos­phere.

Christie & Co are mar­ket­ing it a tra­di­tional English pub that in­cludes a main bar and re­cently re­fur­bished restau­rant ar­eas, with up­stairs ac­com­mo­da­tion. Full story in next week’s Ken­tish Ex­press.
