Entries already up on last year
The eighth Folkestone Half-Marathon takes place on September 29 and organisers are hopeful of attracting another healthy field.
Race director Ray Johnson said: “We now have over 100 entries, which is up on this time last year.”
Runners will have the chance to win £100 extra for their charities if they come first in their gender groups and Mr Johnson has urged competitors to enter early
Entry fees in advance are £16 for affiliated athletes and £18 for unattached and £20 after September 21 and on the day.
Entries on the day will be from 8.30-9.30am at The Grand.
There will also be children’s race for which race entry is £2.
